These Spellbinders Layered Wildflowers dies are selling quickly and you can easily see why. Everyone loves a long stem on their cards. Plus the one on the right is an original shape, isn't it? You can see the entire Wildflower Collection by clicking HERE. I also have the collection linked under supplies, I know this Wildflower dieset is showing as sold out at Spellbinders, I'm not sure if it will be restocked.
I diecut all the pieces from regular white cardstock and used a blending brush to color the pieces with Distress Oxide inks. The stems are in Mowed Lawn, the flowers are in Wilted Violet & Villianous Potion, Spun Sugar & Picked Raspberry, and Broken China & Salty Ocean. The center of the daisy is Mustard Seed.
The paper is an old scrap I had, I think the paper is called Mulberry. I used some scraps of Glimmer hot foil to put the little bit of script on the background. You can see how I did this here:
Lastly, I spattered some gold watercolor on the flowers.
Easy for today! Supplies are listed below with direct links. Using my links helps me out tremendously by letting these stores know you find my content useful, at no extra cost to you.
