Love You Bunches Valentine!

Happy New Year! You know what that means, time to make Valentines! 

Today I'm mixing old and new products. The florals set is by Sizzix, called, "Fabulous Bold Flora". This set is their first new release for 2024. I just love a good floral set and this one has a cute bee and a ladybug. I diecut everything from scraps of Distress Inked papers I made. I love the color variation in each piece.

The heart shape is from last year's Sizzix Tim Holtz "True Love" dieset which is a box of candy. I once saw a heart shaped box that was full of flowers, that was the inspiration for this. But after I made it, it need something else around it. I had made a card using the balloons and same sentiment but with patterned paper. I changed the heart shaped box into a balloon and surrounded it with a bunch of balloons, so the sentiment was perfect.

I'm always happy to mix my older products with newer for a fresh take. Plus anytime I can use scraps of paper I'm happy! The patterened paper is from Scrapbookcom called "Berry Sweet", the embossing folder is by Altenew, an old one called "Ribbon Waves".
