Susanbcards: Spellbinders Love on the Rocks

Getting ready for Valentines! Spellbinders "Love on the Rocks" collection is out. The Love on the Rocks dieset is a glass with a drink, strawberry and hearts. I diecut the glass from a scrap of silver glitter cardstock. The drink inside the galss is cut from a scrap of Yupo paper with alcohol ink on it.

For the sentiment, although it's a BetterPress Plate, I decided to hotfoil it with black Glimmer hot foil, such a clean look.

The background is December 2024's 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, "The Heart Scallop". You can join the club and get this folder at the discounted price until the 27th. After that, it will be available as a single purchase by the 10th of the following month.

For my 2nd card, I used the "My Heart Beats for You" BetterPress Plate. I decided to foil it with Copper Glimmer foil on black cardstock for a bit of drama. It looks a bit dark but I put it on a pink card to lighten it up. I used this month's Stitching Die of the Month, "Stitched Notch Corner Card" to cut out the unique shape. I didn't use the stitching coverplate, just the dies that cut the notched shape and the thin outline.
