Susanbcards: Spellbinders UFO Friend in Mixed Media

My second card using the Spellbinders Simon's Space Adventure by Simon Hurley. The first card I made can be seen here: https://susanbcards.blogspot.com/2025/01/spellbinders-simons-space-adventure-in.html

I colored the diecuts the same way I did in my first card, using Lunar Pastes on black and white Mixed Media Paper.

For the background, I used Altenew watercolors on Distress watercolor paper. I did some messy watercoloring with shades of blue, using dark blue and black around the edges, and some purple in the center, drying between layers. I added spatters with white acrylic paint and silver metallic watercolor.

The sentiment is “Greetings Earthling” which I find so cute. You could also change it to “Happy Birthday Earthling”.
