How fun is this? Spellbinders introduced their new collection of colored cardstock this month. The full 48 ColorWheel Collection. It also includes the dies to make the Petal shaped swatches.
I received a small sample of each of the 48 colors and the dies to cut the swatches. Hard choices had to be made because I didn't have enough to cut the large petal swatch and some flowers for the cards. So I cut the large petal out of regular white cardstock and then cut smaller swatches to glue on top. I still had enough paper left to cut some flowers. Side note: There are also stamps available with each of the color names so you can stamp your swatches you can see that HERE.
I did something I rarely do, I made the same card 4x but used different color families. It looked pretty good and ended up with a pretty set of cards. Note, for the background on the card, I didn't have enough cardstock in the new colors so I had to use some cardstock from my scrap stash.
Spellbinders has put together some assorted packs in addition to single color packs. These have been very popular, so if you are interested in the assorted packs, I'd hurry and buy them if you see them in stock. I'll link where you can find them in my supply list below. I know they will be in and out of stock, so I'll list the 3 places I know carry it for alternatives.
