Susanbcards: Spellbinders January 2026 Large Die of the Month Club Kit

This Spellbinders Large Die of the Month for January is really a huge kit. It's great when the kit includes pieces that can be used independently, like this postal edge photo die.

The Glimmer hot foil club is combined with the BetterPress club since the BetterPress plates can be both ink pressed and hot foiled. I took a piece of watercolor paper and some green watercolors and randomly placed shades of green on the paper. I let it dry and then diecut the leaves and floral stems from it.

The flowers are cut from white cardstock and edged in Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink. The large flower is also cut from white cardstock and ink blended with Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry.

The birds are cut from yellow and orange scraps.

I diecut the photo frame die 2x and adhered them together so they would have a bit of dimension on the card. I diecut the center area of the photo frame from aqua cardstock, ink blended the paper with Prize Ribbon and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide inks.

I used some foam pop dots behind some of the flowers and birds.

This was a pretty easy card to put together, I just loved the way it turned out. I can't wait to use the photo frame again.
