See Through Card Using Your Paper Insider Paper

Your Paper Insider, sent me Box 3 of their subscription boxes. Inside the box was 23 pieces of assorted papers (22 different kinds) and 2 envelopes. Here I used the Delicate Rayon Fiber in Mum White.

I cut a window using a rectangle and attached the rayon (cut slightly larger than the window) with red tape. I cut a frame for both the card front and back (on the back to hide that glued rayon). Inside the card I attached a piece of purple metallic cardstock so that when it was closed you could see the pattern on the rayon. When the card is open, it is sheer, see additional photo.

I diecut the Altenew Craft a Flower Orchid out of 110lb cardstock and simply colored it all with Copic Markers. After putting the orchid together, I adhered it to the front of the card putting most of the glue on the cardfront and only a little on the gauzy fabric.

Your Paper Insider is a subscription service, they send out boxes 4x a year, every quarter. Currently the price is $29.95 which INCLUDES the shipping! I think it's a pretty good deal if you are into papercrafting and enjoy specialty papers.

Below are clickable affiliate links to the sources I purchased everything, if you purchase anything using my link, I receive a small commision, at no additional cost to you. I am extremely grateful to the people who use my links.
