Many people ask how to make a layered ink panel. The answer really is, lots of dipping, lots of water misting, lots of drying. I made a video that shows how many times I dip and dry a panel but you can stop dipping anytime you are happy with the results. After I dipped this panel, I decided to add Deco Foil in Magical Shattered Glass. It's such a beautiful Deco Foil, I've used it on many cards.
Here's a video that shows my process:
It's really important to keep drying in between layers or all the colors mix rather than layer.Tim Holtz has lots of videos where he shows how to layer ink. If you havent seen them, you should look.
Under my YouTube video in the description section is a product list with clickable direct links. I noted when I have an affiliate link, I really appreciate if you would use it. I receive a small commission at no extra charge to you.
I don't list all the links here because Blogger doesn't like lots of clickable links, they view it as potential spam.
So if you don't want to go to the video, here are links to my affiliated stores. Thanks so much for looking.
