The Starry Night 3D Emboss & Cut folder creates the dimensional stars and includes the die to cut the shaped edge. I used black mixed media paper for the embossed paper and covered it with Beluga Solar Paste and dragged an Archival Ink pad over the folder before embossing. I've used this technique several times and have some YouTube videos on it.
The other paper I used is from Your Paper Insider Box 10. There are several sparkly papers in the box. I also used the Silver Holographic Oil Slick paper on the spaceship. This paper is so beautiful, they included envelopes using the same paper.
