I'm ready for Spring. It always seems like once the last of the winter holidays are over, Spring should be on the verge of happening. In the Midwest it's no where near Spring.
So I used the Spellbinders "Vivid Blooms" to mentally escape. I painted each of the diecuts with watercolors. The background is just some messy watercoloring on Distress Watercolor paper. In the end I spattered the card with white acrylic paint, which looks a bit like snow, LOL.
The sentiment is so pretty to me, I like a nice delicate sentiment. This one is from the same Vivid Expressions Collection, I cut it from white cardstock and layered it on a vellum shadow. The set includes the shadow dies for all the sentiments, I cut them all in white to have on hand. This is a very useful set, especially if you're like me, creating cards with little thought about the sentiment. It doesn't take away from the card.
Here are my links to the supplies I used. Thank you for using my links, I receive a small commission, at no additional cost to you. It also lets me know you find my content inspiring or useful.
