The Spellbinders La Dolce Vida Collection has a summertime vibe. The theme is Italian vacation, so many cute images. You can see the entire collection HERE.
When I first saw this dieset, I had to have it. There's something so special about the image. I made the door frame white on white just so all the focus would be on the scenery. I did a little ink blending using my favorite colors of Distress Oxide inks, Picked Raspberry, Ripe Persimmon and Fossilized Amber.
Everything else is colored cardstock except for the leafy vine, I had some ink splattered green paper but you can't really tell on the card since the flowers cover it. I added some clear Stickles to the flower centers for a little sparkle.
I BetterPress inked the sentiments. I like the all-in-one sentiment blocks. Ink it up and diecut the strips and you have a bunch of ready to go sentiments on hand.
If you look on the Spellbinders website, there's a photo of how to put together the dieset. You can find it HERE. I added it below.
That's it for today, the dieset is easy to use once you make a card. I'm ready to make more. Listed below are the supplies I used. If you use my link to make a purchase, I receive a small commission at no extra charge to you! Thank you.
