Happy New Year! Today I'm using Altenew's Coral Charm Peony. I try not to buy too many diesets because I have too many but it's hard for me to resist Altenew's Craft a Flowers. They are so beautiful and I think the keyhole system is genius. In case you don't know what the Keyhole System is, I'll explain it. Each die on the flower has a keyhole cut out of the center. Each die is also numbered so you know which order to place them down in, match up the keyhole and it's in the proper place, proper order.
This flower has quite a few layers so it comes in handy. I used a stylus to shape the petals a bit, with so many layers it looks much better.
All the papers I used today are from Your Paper Insider. The gorgeous background paper is Gira Pearl Pink Tarasen Zen.
The paper is from Japan. Here is the description from Your Paper Insider:
"The luminous Pearl coating is unique to these papers and is called 'Gira' meaning sparkling. Gira refers to the silvery ink used to print the finish. Each Tarasen sheet has been silkscreened, sheet by sheet."
This paper is found in Box 1.
