To start with, I used the Kelly Green Cadillac paper from box 13. I used some basic rectangle dies to cut out the 3 boxes, then I embossed it with the Spellbinders Crackle Paint 3D embossing folder for a bit of texture.
I painted a piece of Your Paper Insider watercolor paper with some blue paint. Click HERE to see my November 28 blog post if you're interested in my technique. I placed the painted paper behind the cutouts. I diecut the Memory Box Graceful Ocean Birds from Your Paper Insider's White Holographic Confetti Jr. I used some Copic markers to give the birds a little color. I added a few sequins for sparkle.
