I took artistic license and decided to make my peonies blue and purple! Spellbinders re-released the very popular Double and Single Peonies by Susan Tierney-Cockburn.
I diecut all the pieces and used a sticky mat to hold the diecuts in place to ink blend them with Distress Oxide inks. I used Villianous Potion, Picked Raspberry, Prize Ribbon, Shaded Lilac and Wilted Violet, darkest in the center. The leaves are Mowed Lawn, Crushed Olive and Rustic Wilderness.

I Glimmer hot foiled the sentiment, it's an older one from the Through the Garden Collection and added some purple sequins from the Spellbinders Christmas Advent Calendar.
