Susanbcards: Spellbinders Deck the Paws

I just love this guy. Spellbinders didn't send me this one, I ordered it as soon as I saw him. It's part of the Merry Mischief Collection which you can see HERE. There's lots of cute images included in this set, all fun.

I adored the Pupkin dieset for Halloween and that one sold out in a minute. I looked at Spellbinders, Scrapbookcom, SSS, and he is sold out!

So if you want the Christmas one, drop everything and get him HERE or look down in my supplies and I'll list a few other places he can be ordered.

I used a background from my stash that was dipped and sprayed with some blues. I started with the background which is Distress Watercolor Cardstock, Brutus Monroe Aqua Pigments (I used blue and purple) and a spritz of Chroma Mist. I dropped some on a craft mat. I love the splatters it produces. I mist my paper, then pull it through, dry it and then pounce my paper into the ink over and over, drying between layers. I used the Arch Labels and Tags dieset to cut the shape.

I love that the Deck the Paws set includes a sentiment stamps. They go perfectly with the set!

The background panel is Spellbinders Indigo Cardstock cut to A2 size, misted lightly and embossed with the Country Christmas embossing folder. This is one of my favorites for this year. I lightly ran a white pigment ink pad over the top.

I popped up the tree dog with some fun foam for added dimension. And that's it for today!
