For today's card, I spread some Ranger Neon Lunar Pastes onto some Scrapbookcom Mixed Media Paper. I applied stripes of color onto the paper, letting the colors overlap.You can see a bit of color variation in the balloon and on the sentiment. After the paste dried, I diecut the "Mylar Balloons" and sentiments.
The background is the "Plaster" 3D embossing folder. It creates a pretty cool texture...and to me looks like frosting. I think that would go great with the birthday theme. So imagine my card is a sheet cake with pretty iced balloons.
Here are some similar cards I made with the same balloons but I put them on the "Party Balloons" embossing folder. You can see from the photo that the dried Lunar Paste embosses well.
