I don't really drink alcohol much but I really like this new collection by Spellbinders called, "Happy Hour". There's 2 glasses, sentiments and holiday themes to decorate your glasses.
The first glass is called, "Sunset in a Glass". You piece together the sunset scene. I used scraps of paper that I brushed Lunar Paste onto. The leaf and flower were from another set called, "Tropical Flair" but you can use any small flowers or leaves to decorate it.
The small sentiment at the bottom is from the collection, a cute bunch of sentiments that work with the Happy Hour theme. It's a press plate for the BetterPress but I Glimmer hot foiled it with silver foil on black cardstock.
The "Olive Martini" set includes everything except for the "Congrats" sentiment die. That's from an old set called, "Simply Perfect Sentiments". I cut all the pieces from regular colored cardstock scraps.
For both cards, I started with colored cardstock, a shortcut to color blending. I used darker shades of Distress Oxide Ink to color the edges of the cardstock.
